From Loading Docks to a Thriving Business
It started the way many great businesses do — by noticing something that everyone else overlooked. Back in 2008, we saw perfectly usable pallets piled behind warehouses and manufacturing plants across the Chicago area, destined for dumpsters and landfills. Thousands of them, every single week.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we bought a flatbed truck, printed some business cards, and started knocking on doors. The pitch was simple: let us haul away your used pallets for free, and we will find them a new home. Businesses saved on disposal costs, and we earned our keep by sorting, repairing, and reselling those pallets to companies that needed affordable shipping solutions.
Word spread fast. Within two years we had outgrown our first makeshift yard and moved into a proper facility in Romeoville. The demand for affordable, eco-friendly pallets was real — and it was growing.
What began as a scrappy one-truck operation has grown into a full-service pallet company with a fleet of delivery vehicles, a dedicated repair facility, ISPM-15 heat treatment certification, and a team that processes over 5,000 pallets every week.

Humble Beginnings
Founded in Romeoville, IL with a single truck and a simple idea — used pallets deserve a second life. We started by collecting discarded pallets from loading docks across Chicago and sorting them for resale.
First Dedicated Yard
Growing demand drove us to open our first dedicated sorting and repair yard. We expanded our team to 12 full-time employees and began offering pallet repair services alongside buy-and-sell operations.
Heat Treatment Certification
We earned ISPM-15 heat treatment certification, allowing us to serve exporters and international shippers. This opened an entirely new market and cemented our reputation as a full-service pallet company.
Sustainability Milestone
We crossed the milestone of diverting over 1 million pallets from landfills. Our recycling program expanded to include plastic pallets and custom-built solutions for specialized industries.
Fleet & Facility Expansion
A new fleet of delivery trucks and expanded yard space doubled our daily throughput. We now process over 5,000 pallets per week and serve 500+ businesses across the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
