With over 20 years in the logistics and waste management industry, he saw firsthand the massive volume of usable pallets being sent to landfills. His mission is to change the way businesses think about wood waste.
Diane Kowalski
Operations Manager
Diane oversees the day-to-day operations of our facility, managing everything from pallet sorting and grading to repair workflows and quality control. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every pallet leaving our yard meets the highest standards.
Carlos Mendes
Logistics Coordinator
Carlos manages our fleet and coordinates all pickups and deliveries across the greater Chicago area. His route optimization skills keep our trucks running efficiently — reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions while ensuring on-time delivery.
